Many landmarks can be seen on this photo which was taken from the chemin de la corniche.
The Montée du Grund street passes uphill under the Spanish Gate and is then called Rue Large. The very top of over 1000 years old St. Michael’s Church tower is visible on the horizon. The facade on the far left is now the Luxembourg City Museum. The tip of the tower from the Maison de Cassal, if you can spot it, can be seen in its entirety in this photo.
