moien.net allows registered users to create a public page containing a photo, biography, and external links. The service is provided "as is", without guarantee of permanent availability. • Each user is solely responsible for the content (text, images, links) they publish.

• The operator exercises no prior control over content and cannot be held responsible for user publications.
• Any abusive, illegal use or infringement of third party rights may result in content and/or account deletion.
• Users are solely responsible for backing up their data. The operator provides no data backup or recovery services.
• Users acknowledge that the service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

4. Content Reporting

Anyone may report illegal or abusive content via the contact form. The operator reserves the right to immediately remove any manifestly illegal content.

5. Intellectual Property

Users retain full rights to their content. By publishing on moien.net, they grant the operator a non-exclusive, free license limited solely to the operation of the service (hosting, storage, technical reproduction, and display of their content on the platform). The operator claims no ownership rights to user content.

Public pages may contain links to third-party sites. These links are provided by users. The operator is not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The operator cannot be held liable for any service interruption, data loss, or any direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the site.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are subject to Luxembourg law. In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
